Mission

日本語版ですOur mission is to help the world’s entrepreneurs deliver high-quality products to the market, regardless of production volume. Through global ecosystems, we provide founders with essential resources such as investment, mentorship, prototyping abilities, manufacturing expertise and community support.

To achieve this ambitious goal, we stress the importance of Monozukuri, the art of making things originated in Japan. Monozukuri is known as a traditional way of manufacturing, but it allows us to create new values by fusing two opposite ideas integrated in harmony, such as old and new, East and West, and historical and modern.

Based out from historical Kyoto City and modern New York City, Monozukuri Ventures finds, empowers and fuses talented, diverse people and builds tangible solutions to make the world a better place.

2005年フューチャーベンチャーキャピタル(株)、2009年(財)京都高度技術研究所、2011年(株)サンブリッジにて「GVH Osaka」の立ち上げやIT分野のシードステージ企業への投資を行う。

2015年8月、京都試作ネット等の日本の中小企業と連携したハードウェアスタートアップの試作支援「Makers Boot Camp」を行う株式会社Darma Tech Labsを創業。2017年7月にハードウェア/IoTスタートアップの試作と投資を行う国内初のファンド「MBC Shisakuファンド(20億円強)」を設立して国内外のハードウェアスタートアップに投資を行う。
